A business leader has been honoured for two decades of dedication and success.

Matt Turner, CEO and Founder of Creative Pod, was presented with the Member of the Order of the British Empire (MBE) award by King Charles III on Wednesday, November 12, at Windsor Castle for his achievements and services to Business and Charity.

The award recognises his remarkable achievements and the positive impact he has had on his community.

Mr Turner said: “Walking into the castle grounds last week hit me like a sledgehammer and was a massive realisation of how far I’ve come over the previous 20 years.

“Meeting The King was one of the most surreal moments of my life and a memory I will never forget, especially having my family and wife Michelle present, who has been my rock and constant supporter since day dot.”

As well as being an entrepreneur, Mr Turner is also a philanthropist who is passionate about making a positive difference in the world.

He said: “Receiving an MBE isn’t solely my achievement.

“There have literally been hundreds of people over the years who have supported me, given me a chance and encouraged me to get to where I am today, and I will always be eternally thankful to them.”
