Police received a report of damage caused to a house by a car at an address in Fishbourne, near Chichester, at about 8am on Saturday, December 13.

A vehicle was safely stopped by police and two 17-year-old boys were detained.

They remain in police custody at this time.

A spokesman for Sussex Police said: “Witnesses or anyone with relevant information is asked to report it to Sussex Police online or call 101 and quote serial 326 of 13/12.”

A spokesman for West Sussex Fire and Rescue Service said: “We were called at 8.18am on Saturday, December 13, to reports of a road traffic collision involving a property in Fishbourne.

“Joint Fire Control mobilised one fire engine to the scene. Upon arrival firefighters ensured the scene was safe, before handing the incident over to Sussex Police.

“The crew left the scene at 10.32am.”
