Collins Construction has reported a 13% drop in its annual turnover.
The fit-out firm reported turnover of £108m for the year to 30 June 2025, down from £124.1m the previous year.

The Croydon-based contractor said it had identified £30m of work which it has originally expected to recoup income for in its reporting year, which will now be accounted for in its next set of accounts.
It said: “The introduction of the Building Safety Act has had a noticeable impact on the lead in times for projects, the effects of which have been clear in the first few years of the. Act being brought into force.”
The group however increased its pre-tax profit from £362,000 to £2.1m. Collins said it has secured work totalling £172m in 2026.
Collins’ main activity is fit-out and refurbishment in the commercial officer and leisure sectors, primarily in London and the south east.
