    The Argus camera club captures Christmas in Sussex

    The Argus Camera Club was tasked with taking festive pictures for December’s competition.

    We received some lovely photographs from twinkling Christmas trees to beautiful decorations and pets getting in on the Christmas action.

    Louise Yates was in the festive spirit after the annual Santa Dash in Hove.

    While Nina Tucknott from Hove shared a shot of her wreath that she made herself.

    And we all loved Sheila Sharman’s picture of her tinsel clad cat Billy celebrating his first Christmas in Sompting.

    However, our favourite photograph this month was Claire Andrews’ snap of a robin scoffing a berry in Stanmer Park.

    Claire has won £50.

    January’s theme is “blue”. Post your entry on The Argus Camera Club Facebook page, mentioning where it was taken. Anyone can join the group via the Facebook page.

    It is one entry per person and the deadline is midnight on January 31.
