Wayne John Davidson, 68, from Lavery Close, Newport, died on September 3, 2025. An inquest concluded that he took his own life.
Mr Davidson, who was born in Bridgend, was found at his home on the same day he died.
The inquest was held at Gwent Coroner’s Court in Newport on February 5, 2026, and the medical cause of death was recorded, with the conclusion recorded as suicide.
The coroner’s record sets out the details required for the official registration of Mr Davidson’s death, including his full name, date and place of birth, date and place of death, and former occupation.
