Christian Godwin, 29, from Newbury, illegally disposed of the rubbish on Privet Lane, near Andover, after being hired to carry out plumbing work at a home in Aldershot.
The dumped waste included a toilet, cistern, sink, wood, polythene, plumbing fittings, cardboard boxes and packaging.
Mr Godwin pleaded guilty to fly-tipping at Basingstoke Magistrates’ Court on January 20, 2026.

He was fined £520 and ordered to pay a £208 victim surcharge and £1,000 in costs.
Councillor David Drew, portfolio holder for recycling and environmental services at Test Valley Borough Council, said: “Fly-tipping harms our communities and the environment.
“It creates mess, it costs taxpayers money to clear up, and it is completely unacceptable.
“We’re pleased with the outcome of this case, and we’ll continue to take action against anyone who thinks it’s okay to dump waste in our borough.”
The incident occurred around April 19, 2024, after Mr Godwin was hired to install a new toilet, cistern and basin, and to remove the old fittings.
The fly-tipped materials were later discovered on Privet Lane, near Andover.
