A St Helens-based electrical services company has been acquired by a private investor in a deal overseen by KBS Corporate.
JAC Electrical Services UK has been sold to Sarfraz Khan, who aims to expand the businesses regional presence.
Established in 2006 by John Crooks and Jeanette Crooks, the company has built a strong reputation in the quick service restaurant market sector, working with brands including McDonalds, Burger King and Subway.
Khan wants to build on the company’s solid foundations and transform it into a regional player in the market.
He said: “I am thrilled to embark on this new journey with JAC, a company with a robust legacy and a talented team.
“Our goal is to leverage the company’s strong market position and expertise to drive growth and expand our service offerings across the region. We are committed to maintaining the high standards of service that JAC is known for and to nurturing the company’s relationships with its valued customers.”
John and Jeanette Crooks added: “We are pleased to hand over the reins to someone who shares our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
“We believe that JAC is in capable hands and will continue to thrive under the new leadership.”
Steve Alcock, KBS Corporate Deal Executive, who oversaw the sale, said: “The client was very happy with the overall deal and could see the buyer would look after the business and staff moving forward.
“I really enjoyed working with John and Sarfraz to a successful completion and wish them the best of luck for the future.”
