A Walsall landscaping firm has secured a multi-million-pound deal and growth capital from environmental services specialist Servtron.

Fusion Landscaping and Facilities was founded in 2021 by brothers Simon and James Ward and offers services including grounds maintenance, landscaping, fencing and cleaning.

Debrett’s was tasked with finding a partner to support Fusion’s growth, and after a search, Servtron was chosen as the right fit to help Fusion expand and become a nationwide provider of landscaping services for housebuilding and related sectors.

The Ward brothers previously sold their family business, Forest Hill Landscaping, to TCL in 2017, later joining TCL. TCL was then sold to ID Verde in 2019.

Servtron is led by Kenton and Blake Fine, with Kenton Fine bringing a background from his founding of Servest, a facilities management company.

Blake Fine works alongside him to drive Servtron’s growth through acquisitions and expansion

Blake Fine, managing director at Servtron, said: “We’re thrilled to partner with Fusion Landscaping and Facilities as they embark on this exciting new chapter. Our shared commitment to sustainable growth and quality service aligns perfectly with Fusion’s vision for expansion. By combining our resources and expertise, we look forward to supporting the Ward brothers as they build on their achievements and take Fusion’s exceptional services nationwide.”

Legal advice was provided by Kate Hackett, partner at the Wilkes Partnership, with Sarah Ward of
    George Green acting for Servtron.
