LEHI, Utah, December 18, 2025–(BUSINESS WIRE)–A newly rebranded company has emerged from the roofing technology division of Energy Service Partners (ESP). The thriving QNTUM (QNTUM.com) home services business is now an independent company, bringing forward the technology, sales and installation success it established within the solar industry since 2015, and in roofing since 2018.

Today, the company is leveraging its artificial intelligence (AI) systems to support residential and commercial roofing dealers, subcontractors and sales teams in rising and scaling more efficiently and strongly than ever before as an independent organization.

The company is headed by co-founders Gary Gietz (CEO, ESP), Ryan Roche (former CRO of Blue Raven Solar) and serial entrepreneur Greg Butterfield, an investor and board member in QNTUM who serves as Chairman of the Executive Leadership Team.

High powered salespeople truly disrupted industries like home security/smart home in the early 2000’s and then again in residential solar from 2015 – 2022. Their thriving sales cultures delivered unprecedented results. QNTUM looks to provide the next big thing through a platform that capitalizes on high volume sales and high income earning potential.

“If you feel your current industry has been disrupted, and left you feeling uncertain about your future, we can provide a safe haven for you to continue to use your incredible sales skillsets in a more predictable industry,” says Roche.

Drawing on 30 years of business experience dating back to Gietz Luxury Estates, the new business refurbs and replaces existing roofs with fire-retardant new roofing backed by 50-year guarantees on new materials and 25-30 year workmanship warranties.

“We’re bringing ‘high-tech’ to an industry sector that’s been traditionally ‘low-tech’ in sales and installation in its materials offerings,” Butterfield said. “As demand for residential solar has exploded, we’ve elevated the roofing industry to keep pace with the need for stronger and better roofs to support the investment in solar. Now we look forward to taking that success to new heights as we scale the sales, installation and materials technology more quickly and to contractors and dealers in additional regions throughout the U.S. under a new, premium brand, QNTUM.”

Butterfield notes that while the newest shifts in government subsidies for residential solar has currently slowed the growth of residential solar, the demand and need for greater systems and material in roofing continues to grow.

“We’re extremely excited to continue the momentum of our roofing systems and related home services offerings through QNTUM,” said Gietz. “As a dedicated organization, we’re able to accelerate and scale these advantages more quickly through an aggressive expansion initiative across the entire country.”

Salespeople, dealers and subcontractors who are interested in learning more about QNTUM are invited to connect with the company by visiting QNTUM.com/careers.

    About QNTUM

Established as the roofing sector of residential solar company Energy Service Partners (ESP), QNTUM is emerging at the end of 2025 as a dedicated provider of sales systems, technology and systemized installations of roofing solutions for homes and commercial installations.

The company brings “high tech” to a traditionally “low tech” business sector with the ability to refurb and replace existing roofs of all varieties with new and fire-retardant materials. The company automates and accelerates the sales and installation of roofing and related products as well, making the roofing business more profitable and successful for all.

Dealers, sales teams, contractors and prospective JV partners can learn more at QNTUM.com.
