Police received reports of a large fight involving a number of men near a bus stop in Western Road, Brighton, at 2.20pm on May 24, 2022. Witnesses also told police that one man had been repeatedly hit with a baseball bat and that a gun had been fired by another person. The firearm, later found to be a BB gun, shattered a nearby bus window, leaving passengers fearing for their safety. Pupils have now moved into the new Seven Stars Primary School and Nursery in Leyland, Lancashire, one of the UK’s most sustainable primary school projects.
