The search for the list of the UK’s best plumbers ends on Saturday, January 31, 2026, with the top tradespeople encouraged to submit their entries before it’s too late.

The Plumber Awards aim to recognise the best professionals, offering not only the prestige of being acknowledged by peers but also the opportunity to win a variety of prizes from sponsors including CT1, Kingsbridge, Polypipe Building Products, Powered Now, the Chartered Institute of Plumbing and Heating Engineering (CIPHE), and Refresh.

In total, 11 regional prizes are up for grabs, with each regional winner advancing to vie for the national title.

Moreover, recognition at this level can significantly boost business, media coverage, and brand awareness.

Winners will be determined through a blend of judges’ scores, a public vote, and a technical challenge, with regional winners announced in March 2026 and the national winner crowned in a ceremony at the InstallerSHOW 2026, held at the NEC in Birmingham in June 2026.

This prestigious award is only open to those working on domestic projects, and plumbers must be 18 years or older, holding an NVQ 2 or 3 in England, Wales and NI or an SNVQ3 only in Scotland as a minimum.

The new Plumber Awards aims to celebrate the best talents in the field with exclusive recognition for the Best Plumber in the South West as well.

The panel of judges is made up of industry experts from organisations such as CIPHE and WaterSafe, along with award-winning plumbers.
