A group of tile businesses operating from sites in Leeds, Bedford and Euxton has ceased trading and appointed administrators, with all jobs lost.
Christopher Ratten and Matthew Haw of RSM UK Restructuring Advisory were appointed as joint administrators of Ceramique Internationale Ltd (based in Leeds), Rowmarl Ltd (based in Bedford), Spectrum Tiles Ltd (based in Euxton), and Euxton Tile Supplies Ltd (based in Euxton) on 27 October 2025.
The four companies operated as separate legal entities under the Earle Group and Full Circle Group, a collective of tile businesses.
Spectrum Tiles Ltd and Euxton Tile Supplies Ltd traded from the same premises in Euxton, Lancashire, which also served as the group’s head office and finance function.
The administrators said the businesses had faced significant financial challenges and, despite the efforts of the directors, were unable to meet their ongoing liabilities.
As a result, operations ceased and staff were made redundant on 24 October 2025, prior to the appointment of the joint administrators.
At the time of closure, the group employed 59 employees, with 36 based in Euxton, 11 in Leeds at Ceramique, and 12 at Rowmarl in Bedford.
Following their appointment, the administrators have focused on realising the assets of the companies, which primarily consisted of tile stock and site fixtures and fittings. The sale of these assets was completed on 31 October 2025 to newly formed entities, Euxton Tiles Ltd and Ralee Group Ltd.
The administrators are now working with employees to ensure that their claims are processed.
Addleshaw Goddard and Cripps acted as legal advisers to the administrators in connection with the sales.
