Premier Tech Water and Environment, part of the global Premier Tech group, has acquired RMS Waste Disposal, a Hampshire-based company with 30 years of experience in wastewater tankering solutions for residential and commercial customers.
Nick Pope, managing director of Premier Tech Water and Environment UK, said: “This acquisition provides homeowners with support and an integrated service offer that meets the highest quality standards, ensuring local service throughout the life cycle of wastewater treatment systems.”
The deal will see nine members of the RMS Waste Disposal team join Premier Tech’s UK workforce and is expected to strengthen the company’s septic maintenance and tankering capabilities.
The acquisition supports Premier Tech’s vision of providing end-to-end, turnkey services for septic system owners, and expands its in-house expertise and reach along the south coast.
Premier Tech Water and Environment has grown steadily since launching in the UK a decade ago, combining organic growth with strategic acquisitions.
In 2022, the company acquired Envirowise, a Surrey-based service and maintenance specialist.
Mr Pope said: “Since joining Premier Tech, Envirowise has gone from strength to strength over the last three years, and RMS offers a similarly strong platform for growth.”
Internationally, Premier Tech has made recent acquisitions in the USA, France and the Netherlands.
The company believes that RMS Waste Disposal will follow a similar trajectory of growth and success under its leadership.
